We allowed 20 of our customers to run unlimited projects through ARS with us for 30 days. One of our project managers used the data yielded and created an interactive excel doc for sales to use to show their prospects how much ROI they could achieve by running their records through our ARS services. His excel doc was functional and utilitarian but wasn't visually acceptable for a marketing piece. Initially I was tasked with creating static sheets sales reps could print or email to select prospects. I did, but then I took it one step further.
I had an idea to take the design and structure of the static sheets and turn it into an interactive tool online for anyone to access and use to calculate their ROI based on 3 variable items: total number of records, response rate, and response value. By modifying these totals to fit their particular scenario, users could see how much ARS could impact their particular company. I designed and developed the code for the tool using formulas created in the excel document.

It's Time for Better Multi-Channel Campaign
It's Time for Better was a creative campaign using direct mail, email, and microsite landing pages, focused completely on acquiring market share from our few major postal presort software competitors.
Comprehensive direct mail piece. Unfolds three times from 6"x9" to 9"x12" to 9" x 24", then finally to the 18"x24" final panel. All phases shown.

Video storyboarding, creative concepting, illustration, animation, and script writing featuring 4 select cabilities within BCC Mail Manager.
Direct mail piece supported by triggered emails driving traffic to each landing page.
Campaign was also supported by animating banner ads and pay-per-click AdWords campaign driving traffic to the microsite.

Upon reflecting on the performance of the campaign, we arrived at some new insights:
